The Christmas decorations looked lovely and really helped to get me in the festive mood. the location of the hotel was good, close to the beach and easy to find. An added bonus was that the room had a nice view from the window.
the staff were clueless and seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.

The hotel had a great location, close to the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice view from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests.
There were several negative aspects of my stay. the breakfast served at the hotel was very disappointing.
